computeFrameRelativeMass

public static MatrixNd computeFrameRelativeMass(VectorNd f,
                                                FemModel3d fem)

Computes the masss matrix and fictitious forces for a frame-relative FEM model. The rows and columns are ordered assuming that all components are "active", with the nodal rows and appearing first, and those for the frame appearing last. Used for testing and debugging only.
